The worst gadget store ever.

On their site, they still have the stock of specific product then after paying the processing fee they will email you to inform that they no longer have the stocks then they will tell you that they're going to update you as soon as they get new stocks from various suppliers. "Paasa!" Then at the end once you decide to cancel the order, and you reject the offer of purchasing other products they have they will put your refund on hold... I waited for two weeks for nothing.

Good day! I badly need your attention and help on this one to report a fraud activity happened to me just today 11/08/2022 where a guy gave me a phone call pretending to be my banks representative and persuade me some offer resulting to a transaction related to your company amounting to P32,500, I already escalated the transaction and issue to my bank institution and gave the approval code involved on the charge: and the approval code is 445666, please I need your urgent help on this one, thank you, please see initial thread I send to my bank below, thank you

Good Day! I badly need your help and attention about this as I was a victim of a fraud scam just today 11/08/2023 around 05:45PM to 06:15PM PST, a certain Carl called my number pretending to be one of your employee and offer to me a promo of a lifetime waiver of annual fee of your cards which I grab and he offer me to route on an IVR to put my card info and such then I've got noifications from a store purchase,this guy named Carl is very persuasive, your office got alerted and call me at the same time the Fraudster is on the other line confiming the suspicious activity, your fraud team confirm that its a fraud/scammers and recommend the account to be block which I agreed urgently and asks to stop nor cancel the transaction and UNFORTUNATELY he told me that I am liable to pay the charges as they can do nothing about it, I am calling your hotline but seems all of your reps are currently busy and I can no longer stay on the Queu because I also need to attend some important matters, Please reach me out ASAP as soon as you have my letter the card of mine that got involved is the card ending in 7007.

Blok my card ending in 7007

cancel the transaction amount to more than 43,000

Malfunction

I bought this 2 ELLIOT AUDIO Splendor Bluetooth Speaker - (Sleek Black SKU: AUDELL0009 &; Red Mirage SKU: AUDELL0006) and when I received my order, yung Red is sobrang bulok na then yung black is hindi nagana ang bluetooth, ni hindi ma detect ng cellphone o ng laptop ko and nag uutal yung sound. Totoo nga yata na refurbished or mga bulok na gamit yung binebenta nila. I just received the items today January 11, 2021.

The adapter's head is deformed when I received my order. When I was about to test it, I cannot plug it in to the DC port. I look closely to the adapter's head and noticed that it was damaged. I started contacting their customer care contact number both home phone and mobile. Nobody is answering and the home phone is not in service anymore. Also sent an email but was just advised to send more details. It was a terrible experience for a first time customer like me.

My order delivered last June 15 2019, we barely use the product, only when i got home from work. Yesterday while using the product, after playing 3-4 songs via bluetooth the product turn off by itself.

When i turn it on again it keeps on off and off.

Was this resolved? I ordered mine October last year but only noticed something is wrong only yesterday.

Had a hard time connecting it with my phone which is its usual pair. I tried pairing it with another device yet it says that it's already been paired with another (which the light indicates). Turned out hindi lang pala ito 'yung problema kase bigla² na lang nagsto-stop tapos nag o-on and off. Sad part?

Tapos na 'yung 3 mo. labor warranty.

What a waste of money, hindi na nga compatible sa TV hindi pa makinabangan. Anyway, I will still reach out to Kimstore regarding this matter.

This is to formally file a complaint regarding the incident that took place today regarding a rider name NELSON FADRIQUELA whom he claims that he is the operator of the courier of KIMSTORE, online shop.

I requested for the reschedule of time of the delivery of the item I purchased online for the reason I am not available. During our conversation, he arrogantly mentioned to me that I dont have the right to choose the time since they are the one who is going to deliver. The exchange of conversation went to the point of him giving me DEATH THREATS.

This is to escalate the behavior of your rider NELSON FADRIQUELA. KIMSTORE should not tolerate their rider regarding this kind of attitude towards their client.

Attached is the thread of our conversation and him giving me DEATH THREATS.

Hope that you will take the necessary action for this kind of rude act.

I purchased a pulse3 speaker through walmart from Kinstore on 8/28/18 they took my money from my account and now it's 9/19 and no speaker ... they gave me a tracking nu.ber that's not connected to anything ... thanks walmart for turning me over to Kimstore

I stopped buying in Kimstore

Kimstore used to be really good when they were not that big yet. They reply to messages and orders. No complaints, whatsoever. And then they got big. I don't think they expected their sudden surge in customers. I've tried to order from their messenger and sent orders but most of the time it takes a few days before they reply or they don't even reply back. Maybe they're understaffed or something, but when it happens multiple times, you end up disappointed. I don't order stuff in Kimstore anymore. I do go there to check their prices and use them compare to other online shops. I don't mind if it's a bit pricier, as long as the transaction goes like a breeze.

YES, it really is a hassle transacting to kimstore, nobody ever bothers to answer your queries,they even cancel your calls. its been 3 weeks already and i still have no idea what happened to my order, i already paid reservation fee and they dont even replied to any of my questions why is it so long for them to process my order.
