BTW Hindi din maganda yung accessories nila sira agad yung adapter ng charger and di matibay yung rubber ng charger. Yung earphones wala din kwenta :)
I bought my Samsung in 2016 one of the latest models at that time. I had it delivered to me through Cash on Delivery.
That process was fine it only took a week for it to arrive. After a couple of months of using the phone I had problems with it's screen. Flashes of green screen are popping up every now and then, then a lot of times it wouldn't show up anything at all. It would only show a black screen with no light.
It only came back when you plug it with the charger. I went to their outlet store at Quiapo near the church there. Their office was so hidden and unwelcoming, it was a sketchy place to be in. It was only a small apartment type of room and had plastic chairs and plastic tables.
We had my phone checked and waited for a few hours. Then after they said that the LCD had to be replaced and it costed P7,000 at that time. They said that their warranty was only "service warranty". The service fee was the only warranty to it and you had to pay the cost of the parts.
We didn't pushed through with it because it costed too much. Its much better to buy at the mall than buy at Kimstore where its cheaper but your phone will have defects. After a year I thought of replacing the LCD because maybe the price would've depreciated. I had it checked at Samsung Customer Service at SM Annex.
They said there that they didn't sold my phone's unit model number here in the Philippines. And if they tried to put a different model number's parts some problems might occur with the phones software. I explained to them that I bought it online and they said that it was probably sold in a foreign country and was brought here. So they didn't have the parts for it.
So my phone had no hope. I didn't want to go back to that Kimstore *** PEPERAHAN LANG NILA AKO. SCAM NAMAN SILA. Nahuli pa sila ng customs dati HAHA basta please don't buy mobile phones nalang online.
Sa certified store nalang kayo bumili. :--(( SAYANG LANG PERA SA KIMSTORE
